We are in the process of adopting two little boys from foster care. We have had them since June and hope to finalize sometime this summer. Going from 0-2 was not too difficult, however having dirty diapers and nightime feedings was more of a challenge. My dh and I always wanted to adopt toddler aged kids or older so to get a call for a toddler and infant was a huge surprise for us. I can not imagine my life any other way as it is such a joy to see the two of them interact now that the youngest is getting older...I can only imagine what kind of sibling rivalry I have to look forward to in the future
For us personally, adopting siblings has been a great experience and I am so thankful that we have gone down this path.
