actually send the homestudy to your agency asap for them to review it (if you hadn't done that when it was in some draft format)...

For USCIS send it off now too. If your agency wants changes for the dossier version those can then be made before it's state authenticated etc. The version for the USCIS can go 'as is' once notarized; hopefully the social worker knew what to include for the USCIS requirements.

For photocopying: It's easiest to photocopy at each stage of the game: copy the document, then once notarized copy that sheet and use paper clip to attach it it, then once state authenticated copy that sheet etc... It's easier than having all the documents done completely and trying to copy them with all the ribbons, gromlets, staples etc that are put on it....
Once all the sheets are together staple that completed document together.
YOu'll also need a complete xeroxed set for your agency.
