I'm just about to this point and with the same agency you are. You need one that is notarized, certified, authenticated for your dossier. The one that goes to USCIS I think just needs to be notarized, not certified nor authenticated. Your notarized copy, just keep for your safe keeping. Before you send your authenticated copy to your agency with your dossier I would make a copy of it with all the notarized, certified, authenticated sheets etc. for your own records. If I'm not mistaken you also need to send a complete extra copy of all your dossier papers including all pages (certifications) with your dossier. Happy copying.
