I also believe you have to have a SS number regardless of where you live. If you can not then you have to get a IRS tax id number or something like that. I believe they are easier or quicker to get. Ask a Tax consultant they would be glad to tell you free of charge I would think. I would apply ASAP for SS it might just come. I also believe you can fill out the information online and just bring everything in with you.


Good luck I hope you can get one accomplished before the cutoff.
