After a 1.5 year wait, my wife and I just matched for adoption. We will have a baby girl due May 4.

My question is this: how do we handle the birth announcements? How should it read in the paper? Do we announce the birth parents, or only ourselves?

What about annoucements we send in the mail?

I'm sure this issue has been handled before on this forum, but I couldn't find anthing. Any thoughts or advice is appreciated. Thanks.
