You Need To Do Some Homework But I Think Calling Children+youth Or Looking Into Petition The Court Of Finalization Of Your Adoption It Shouldent Cost Much.im A Birthmom To A Female In Pa And Have Not The Opptions Of A Adoptee So Im Not Real Familiar But There Is Alot Of Help From People In Forums So Check Out Others Perticular To Ok And Where Finalization Took Place.
