Thanks to all who replied. We are getting ready for our new daughters arrival on the 2nd of April. I got her into kindergarten, summer camp and soccer!! (Oy the forms I had to fill out for both girls-I have writers cramp!!!).

We are still waiting for bdad to call our attorney back and see if he will sign (bmom says he said he would not) so we may be headed to court for custody/adopt hearing. All else is done. Homestudy went really well and SW emailed us a copy of the report. We have been fingerprinted, scrutinized, super sized (oh wait that happend BEFORE) and mystified. But we keep on our journey with the hopes that all works out and we can finalize with a minimal amount of court appearances.
