I am looking for a half brother that was born on Spetember 10, 1958 in San Bernadino. His name at birth was Randy Joseph Price. Birth parents are listed as JoAnn Price and William Price. He still shows up in the birth index so I am not sure what that means. Does that mean he was not adopted or that there is another birth certificate for him? My mothers maiden name is JoAnn Mankin. He was relinquished to Children Services in San bernadino in March of 1959. Can you help? My email is
