Question about adoption from China approx 5 years ago
Does anyone know if in the past when adopting from China you would receive a referral and then travel 12 months later? A co worker stated a family member had a picture of their child at 6 months but did not travel to get her until she was 18 months old. She was not SN either because I asked. I am just wondering if the process has changed in the past 5-7 years. Thanks!
