It's hard! Yes, but you have to decide what's best for this little girl.
I know for us, when we had a placement that was suppose to be short term, in my mind I kept myself from bonding. Playing it safe. It's a frame of mind for me.
Our current placement came to us with the intent to adopt. So I gave lock stock and barrel.
