Congrats on your daughter! When we adopted our son, who was 10 months old, we did a fairly formal announcement. It was a folder announcement card on white paper with a border of small blue hearts. On the front was just his name. Inside said
**** and Robin joyfully announce the adoption of their son, ***** who was born on ****.
They were lovely and when I sent them out I received a veritable FLOOD of presents and visits!
