I'd be interested to hear your "dual" citizenship story. So far, we've found the process of getting US citizenship so complicated for Bug that we thought we'd wait and do all our kiddos together, if there are more. Since she's adopted it gets a little bit trickier.

When my dh applied for CANADIAN citizenship, it was a long process that took a couple of years. With our other boys, it took FIVE business days for them to get their Canadian citizenship. A breeze ...

We have no interest in getting our Canadian born kids American citzenship because we dont intend to ever live down there and dh is worried about drafting issues.

Our boys were from St. Louis we really enjoyed our trips to Missouri - it was an education!
