I think as far as the article would be concerned, I would simply be generic as far as the agency is concerned. If the family being written about wants people to be able to contact them re: a portion of their story (such as "Hey what agency did you use!?!?!) then at the end of the article I could add something like:

Should you wish to contact the xxxxx family with questions you can email them at email@somemail.com or leave your questions in the comment section below.

Then that would give you the opportunity to interact with those reading. For families that wish not to be identified but want to share their story, then no identifying information will be given at all. I think it is important to share the large picture of adoption. There are many aspects that are hard and frustrating but it doesn't even compare to the joy of holding your child.

Also through showing some of the difficulties and victories endured throughout the adoption process, I want to help dispell the myth that adoptive parents are in this for themselves. While I'm sure a few are, just the journeys I witness here in this forum are a testimony to the love and devotion you guys have for your children just as I do for my baby girl.
