Adoption Announcement
First of all, congrats on your new addition. When we adopted DD, we did send out announcements to just about everyone we knew. We included both her birthdate and her adoption date. Other than that, we used standard wording that the company (Picture Me Perfect) we ordered from suggested (and included a picture). It looked great in the end, and we're happy with what we did.
