YUMMYYY! We loved it - ate there twice while in Antigua last week.
My picky son enjoyed it too - so that was a plus!
I have a FUNNY story from Pollo Campero...
I had a sleeping Baby Celeste in my lap, so my husband was helping me out by squirting ketchup on my plate. As the meal went on, I guess the ketchup started dripping off the side of my plate.
Jacob (our 4 year old) looks at me and then points at my plate and says...
"Mommy, the ketchup is running off the side of your plate, you idiot."
I thought I had heard him wrong, so I said, "Ummm...what did you say?"
He said, very plainly and very calmly, "Your ketchup is running off the side of your plate, you idiot."
And yes, I asked a third time and he said it again. He said "idiot" like he was saying "Mommy"... nonchalant and like it was a term of endearment.

We of course asked him where he heard that and he just shrugged... he didn't think it was a big deal, but we explained to him that it wasn't a very nice thing to say.
After the explanation, I looked over at my husband and we both had to turn our heads so that Jacob didn't see that we were CRACKING UP!!!!
So now I have a funny story to tell about our first trip to Pollo Campero!
