First I just want to say that I love the Guatemala adoption blog! You're doing a great job with it.
Regarding the chicken, we got Pollo Campero carry out to have for lunch with our foster family at our B&B. Hubby and I liked it, and our DD gobbled up the chicken McNugget type things that we ordered. Our foster family clearly thought everything was delicious! It was fun to have such a popular Guatemalan meal with them. (On another trip we had Chinese carry-out... YUM!)
