The difference
I think the biggest difference is for those who are used to KFC or BoJangles. Although it feels like this is one of those places, the chicken is cooked with Central American flavor. It greatly varies from that of KFC. I know the first time I was expecting something like th Colonels Extra Crispy type chicken. It wasn't that at all and at first I was disappointed. Then after eating chicken made in the homes of our friends there in Guatemala, I realized that I wasn't going to find good ole' southern fried chicken but instead a whole new flavor. After that I loved it!
