To be honest, I didn't like the chicken at Pollo Campero. I thought it was pretty much like any KFC or Popeye's chain restaurant. Ironically, Pollo Campero is the restaurant that the foster family took Gabe & me when we went to Antigua. I think that they took us there because they thought it served food that was most like American food. In any event, I wouldn't recommend it, personally.
