I may be a bit paranoid, but getting only raving recommendations about an agency makes me a bit weary - surely someone must have had some 'not as good' experiences with these agencies?
I'm NOT looking for rants or bad mouthing - simply details or 'small things' that weren't processed as smoothly as you'd wished for. I guess I'm looking for something that makes the agency more human? (Not that I want them to error...)
As much as I'd love to sign up with the 'perfect agency', I've come to accept that life isn't perfect or fair, and I should be prepared for a few set-backs. Doesn't mean I don't want to sign up with an agency that's good at treating set-backs!
