Daycare
Depending upon what area of the country you are in--- the "best" daycares may be filled up MONTHS (and in NYC I understand YEARS, sometimes) in advance. So if you are in such an area (ask around at work, neighbors etc.) you want to plan early and maybe even consider a back up plan.
It does all work out--- but it can be very stressful!
