Hi Kim,
I did all my documents at once. I mailed off my out of state ML and BCs, and then I hand-carried the rest to my SOS. I did this while waiting for my 171. I had my entire dossier authenticated and in critical review when I received my 171. I then couriered it thru, and was DTC w/in 2 days of my agency getting it. I think it is a time saver to have the dossier ready to go while waiting on the 171.
Hope the rest of the chase goes smoothly, and you are soon DTC!
