if the child was in your home
for any length of time (I'd say more then 6 months) and more then six months has not past since the child was moved....then I'd say get a new lawyer and fight for that child!!!!! (If the child is legally free for adoption)
A lawyer willing to work for you is your biggest thing....get everyone you know to write letters of support....
You have a good chance of getting that child back if the abuse was unfounded.
