There's no cap that I've heard of that they cut it off after so many families use it- on the contrary I was told at the time I was on it that if they didn't get so many families then the fudning would be cut a little the next year.

Just wanted to chime in, as someone who was denied services due to "overuse" - they do have a "cap" and they do turn people away...
