I see its been some time since anyone has hit this thread, but the false allegations continue. My husband was falsely accused, found untrue, both out of county SW who did the investigation said they knew it was "bogus", but was doing their job and that there needs to be a law as the state Gryph state does. One SW spoke to her supervisor about the pile of "unsubstantiated" reports she does and they agree something should be done. Our hearts ache for our FD whom we were in the process of adopting. But what do you do when the DSS SW makes the allegations? You CANT fight "city hall", as they say. Our attorney said not to go up against them. What are we to do? What other public agency can we foster/adopt through? Any suggestions?
