This is one area I can relate to. We are a military family and as luck would have it are almost ready to move but still waiting for our son.
I am actually staying put until my son is in my arms. Then we have to find a licensed agency in the next state for our post-placement visits.
You can move at any time, but I didn't want any further delays that may have occured due to changing paperwork. Best wishes with an adoption.
