S, I agree. I really thought the damage from not telling him for 35 years would have been much more apparent/presented; I expected him to have much more anger than he did. He is so strong and smart to have pursued with the support and professional advice that he sought for himself and maintained. And really I think subtracting the not being told the truth for such a long time, many of his feelings of needing history, needing information are universal. The one part that utterly broke my heart, aside from his writing the letter in the car and starting over was his brother's response. You could tell that it hurt him so so deeply. I wish that he had the unconditional love and support from his family to begin his search.

And could you believe what Sarah told him? It was clear by his face that he saw it as another affirmation of their spiritual connection and her touching his life.

He was so real, honest, forthright; it was so emotional. I really appreciated his willingness to so openly share his story.
