ClipShack is free for 50 MBs. You have to join, just membership is free. It converts your video to a MacroMedia Flash format, which tends to be smaller than your original files and the 50 MBs is after they are converted. Have fun and be sure to share!

That outfit does look similar. If I remember correctly, we were told that ours was a hand-made outfit.
