I can answer this one easily!!! All of the e-mails we got from the Embassy before pre-approval usually had words like "inquiry" or "I-72"...something on that order.
It says "Pre-approval Notice" in the subject bar when you are finely issued consent.
It's an AWESOME sight!!!!!
