Getting ready for a child

We expect to turn in our final paperwork next month to become foster to adopt parents. It has been a long road, but we are finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.
My question for some of the members who have already adopted is, how do you set up the childs room? We have asked for an age range of 0-5 years and are asking for two children. The only expectation we have is a boy in the mix somewhere. We are really stumped when it came to how to decorate the bedroom and what to buy. We have a crib and a set of bunk beds, but that is about it. I don't know if we should buy bottles and diapers or clothes. Things were alot different with our first child, though she is adopted too. We knew in advance what age range to expect.
My social worker is very helpful, but I am still not getting a clear picture.
Any help would be appreciated. By the way we are not going through the county, but through a private foster agency.
