facilitators are folks who aren't necessarily trained in anything, but they make matches for you. we used a facilitator for our adoption to speed the process. They aren't regulated like agencies and some can be good, others not. We would use a facilitator again in a heartbeat. They're also not legal in every state so you need to make sure they're legal in your state before using them.

Pact specializes in placing children of color in same race and transracial adoptions, not just aa adoptions.
