DH and I are CC and our children are AA. With our son, we first contacted the agency in Dec of 2003. He came home in Dec 2004. We also had a few failed matches within that time. With our daughter, we were networking with a few different agencies/facilitators and began the process at the end of Aug. 2005. She came home almost 2 weeks ago. We also had a few failed matches this time around as well. The ironic part with both our kids is that they were born first then we found out about them. We do not have any relationship with either of their birthparents(their decision). The waiting and wondering is the hardest part but our kids are a perfect fit for our family.
