Please excuse my ignorance, but I have seen a few references to this organziation and was just wondering what role it would play if you hired them. Is this a consultant you only retain if you run into serious problems during the process, or can they help in other ways? I have a great deal of respect for my agency and firmly believe they have a handle on our case, but am just curious.
