i'm really sorry for everyone who continues to be in limbo. my friend just lost her job at an agency waiting for accredidation. they haven't been able to complete a russian adoption in almost a year so they can't pay their staff. the agency that did our home study can't afford what it costs to get accredited and they are shutting down completely by the end of '06.
so it's affecting so many people. most of all, though, it's the kids.
