I am curious, was there any rhyme or reason to the agencies that did get reaccredited recently. Did they DO something? Did the Russian government ever say anything about the ones that were added?

Russia is trying to reduce the number of foreign adoptions. Is "not reaccrediting" the way they decided to do it? Or did the agencies that are not reaccredited fail to provide adoption education or something with the post placements or...?

I guess this is logical thinking so I'm not sure if any of it applies.
