Building Blocks Adoption & For this Child

We're new to the forum and are looking for some info on Building Blocks Adoption from Ohio and For This Child. < EDITED TO REMOVE AGENCY SPECIFIC DISCUSSION
What kind of timeframe can we expect. We checked the feedback but there really wasn't much there.
How is communication with them?
Lawyers they work with? Do they work with them exclusivly or do the lawyers work with other agencies too?
Are they growing too fast, can they keep up with the clients they have? We've heard Guat is very popular now and we are afraid to get caught with too many people adopting and not enough people in the agency.
