I am with you - I do not get many updates either - i call my agency and ask for them right around the time I think things should be done and I follow up once a week until I get an answer. We also do not get any medical updates, I have asked and they tell me the attorney does not give any to them. I get pics every 6 - 8 weeks and his length.
A lot of people seem to have very detailed info they either have agencies better able to communicate with them or know who to contact to force the info out of
