We had this situation with our youngest. We said yes to the match thinking we had six weeks to gget your stuff in order and she was born two days after we were matched. We hired an agency to provide fostercare for the time it took to get cleared to leave our state. Going thru an agency made it pretty simple. They pretty much dealt with everything from the hospital to the first Ped's visit. Post any questions and I would be happy to answer or email/pm meif you want.
