doing a systemic review of this whole case and this new county will be included in the complaint if they show that they have allowed bias from the previous worker to taint their view of a prospective adoptive parent.These girls were supposed to have been placed with me a year ago but for her meddling.Now they are set for TPR yet again and they better not try and place with some unknown person who was never mentioned a year ago.For all I know it's her new man's mama and not an old family friend at all she's such a consummate liar!
