We adopted because at 15 I was told that I had tumors on my ovaries and in my early 20's I was diagnosed with Polycystic ovary disease and endometriosis and had to have a hysterectomy. So we had no other choice but to adopt if we wanted to extend our family. It has been a true blessing from God that we were able to adopt two beautiful children from Russia in December 2004. We waited for a long time for them but it was worth the wait.
For all you still waiting it is all in God perfect timing.
