I love a song by a Guatemalan missionary called "Tu Eres Un Milagro" (You are a Miracle). I think it's beautiful.

Here are some of the lyrics (English translation):

The missionaries are Scott and Gabby Dannemiller of Texas. I had the pleasure of meeting them when they were on a concert tour last fall. (That's what they're doing now that they're home from their mission-- raising money for several causes, including those in Guatemala.)
