Marjorie, I like your idea.
I would love to see the parents of older children sharing their stories. I don't have a referral yet but someday I will have a 3 to 5 year old girl. By reading the posts on this thread you have all eased my mind a bit about her learning English. One of my biggest fears is not being able to communicate with her. Now I know what I will need to do to help her along. I know I will have questions and who better to ask, but the people who have been there. I hope all of you do check in with each other once in a while so others adopting older children can learn from you about all the ups and downs they will be facing.
