I'm looking for search info to give to a family member interested in his medical information and birth certificate information.
He was born and adopted in North Dakota and his b/c only has his name & date of birth. Is this common, to not have the hospital or any parents names on the b/c?
Any direction to go into for a start place would be most appreciated!
