Our case was on previo the first time because of a rip on the ** BC. We were notified today that our case was on previo again and now PGN wants 2 witnesses to the birth of the mother, from 27 years ago! Then my atty will have to petition PGN for approval to get a new copy of the ** BC, again!! And that part alone will take a month or so. I'm starting to feel like this will never happen and the light at the end of the tunnel is becoming a small flicker. I keep thinking month after month after month that things will get better, but they just get more screwed up. Has anyone else ever heard of anything like this? 2 Witnesses to Birth of Birthmother from 27 years ago???????
