We acturly careless about what type and what nationalty ... etc...
But since we are living at oversea and we also have a issue to teach 2 languages + Local language , It's probably better to adopt infant .
When you looked for agency from oversea , did you care about which state they are at ?
Also , how did you find the agency ? Did you contact them one by one ?
And , what was the point for you to check the agency is whether humanity agency or not .
I am sorry about so many questions . I feel that we are just wasting so many time for nothing these days ... It will be so much easier if there is the rates for each agencies and ranking that made by adoptive parent/s and possibly child/children ...
By the way , we lived in china too . We tried to adopt while we were there . But since they (agency in China) told us we have had to be there at least one year already and we have to be there 2 years after the adoption , we had to stop . We knew most likely we were leaving very soon at the morment .
