What a wonderful story. I'm so glad your reunion brought you so much healing. Also, I think it's wonderful that you built such a good life for yourself after losing your daughter. I'm sure being healthy yourself has helped make your reunion as successful as it is.
I relinquished my son in an open adoption 16 mos. ago. I still struggle w/ grief every day, but I also try to do positive things so I can keep moving forward. The aps and I love each other dearly, so I have much hope for the future.
