I am really confused. Some agencies say that Ukraine isnt possible right now, others tell me that they are still processing foreign adoptions but at a slower rate since the NAC is no longer in charge of that...
Does anyone know something for sure ??

Is it still worth looking at Ukraine with the uncertainty of their adoption center ??

Hoping someone can shed some light on the situation, my husband and I have decided to look at adoption.
