We have our profile up on PP and we have been communicating with a potential birth mother for about two and a half weeks. Most of the emails are pretty basic, what's new, how's life, etc. About the third email I asked the tough questions. I haven't asked her to contact our agency yet but she said she would when I asked her if this worked out "would she contact our agency". I just don't know how long until you ask that of someone. It's like dating when you were looking for the right person and not just tring to jump in the sack. KWIM?
I wish she woud ask more questions of us but she hasn't. I haven't asked her to call us yet either. I'm confused on how to handle the whole process. For now, I'm just enjoying the email conversations so I guess it's okay as it stands but what if she is looking for more from us? It is so confusing!
