I am an old timer and I lurk often, but don't have much time to post.

I am wondering who is reputable and bringing home babies fast these days? My 2nd child came home in January 2004 as we endured the Hague mess and I haven't kept up with the who's who lately.

Please send me a PM or an EM if you LOVE your agency and brought your child home very young very recently.
