We were married for 16 years without having a baby. I prayed, cried, prayed, waited, cried, got depressed. Then I just started to praise God with all my heart all the time. I sang the loudest in praise & worship, danced before God with joy and just loved the Lord. I kept praying for a baby, too, but I was joyful, PRAISED HIM and promised the Lord I would love Him even if I never became a mother. I even had Bell's Palsy for 3 months and the right side of my face was paralysed, and I still stood on the front row at church and sang and danced to Jesus and basked in His love. Soon we had a precious newborn son. No adoption agencies, no waiting lists, no advertising,
it was all God. It was only 3 days from us first hearing about him to him being born & placed in our arms. God can do anything.
The Scripture is true:
"Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart". Honestly, that is what finally worked for me...I was busy praising Him and He was preparing a child for us!! God bless you...Praise Him, for He is worthy and mighty to be praised!!!
