Those "throw up" viruses are highly contagious, so be really, really careful about washing your hands frequently and putting drinking glasses and such in the hottest dishwasher cycle.

When an adult gets one of these viruses, he/she often is even sicker than a child would be -- and of course, how do you prepare meals and do other household chores, when you are as weak as a kitten and unable to stray five feet from the bathroom?
